Theability to see clearly and articulate where one is heading isreferred to as vision. A pioneer exhausts all his or her vitality toensure that every individual in the working environment share andcomprehend the same vision. Sharing of vision bring a transformationof an organization or a ministry. In my future service, my vision isto build a sheltered and moderate house for people living with HIV,vagrants and those recuperating from abuse of substance.
Tobring my vision to reality, it will require teamwork reinforcing fora common objective and here are the ways that would enable thisachievement come true – First, discovering the vision itself (Taiwoet al, p127).It could be through prayers and interceding with God to look for astriking picture of expected results so that, when carrying out thetask, I will already have the idea of my vision. The second stepinvolves composition of the vision. It regards transforming visioninto reality by changing it into written words which individuals willread through, since this guarantees clarity and simplicity.
Anothervital part is making a strategic plan to pave a method for passingthe vision. A decent arrangement permits a well-ordered means towardsachievement of a set assignment (Taiwoet al, p127).Astraightforward plan, starting from base level towards the top,guarantees a progressive touching base of the expectedaccomplishment. For instance, observing the homeless have access toshelter, improvement in health of people and those under influence ofsubstance have recovered. When this comes true, I will know that Ihave attained my vision.
