The company shouldbreak the goals into short and achievable sections for easiermanagement and follow-up. The company`s management should carry outconstant checks and evaluations to ensure that the company takes therequisite path towards achieving its goals. Proper, efficient andeffective goals and objectives define the direction that anorganization takes. The objectives should, in turn, result in reducedor zero errors. A zero-error scenario is the dream of every highdependency organization, a condition achieved only through theintegration of the appropriate vision and mission. The organization should maximize its ability to controlthe wellbeing of all of its processes.
