1.Stakeholders And The Target Population
Healthcareis an important aspect when it comes to the daily lives of acommunity. The two sides experience challenges in that the targetedpopulation is high and at the same time they are foreigners. Thecommittee formed of six stakeholders has to find the problems facingthe community in relation to healthcare in order to conduct theassessment. (Kotler & Stevens 2008).
2.Primary Barriers Would Be That Then Lead To Secondary Barriers
Identificationof the challenges involves the community’s vulnerable populationrelation to healthcare. Deportation risk is brought by 10% of thepopulation is undocumented thus limit access to healthcare. It allfell under the primary barriers then, later on, resulted to thesecondary barriers. The population has a lot of preventable diseasesboth in children and adults. Propensity toward obesity, heavy smokingacross the entire population which starts young, and several sexuallytransmitted diseases are prevalent in the community. Heart diseaseand other cardiovascular diseases, as well as cancer, are among them.Having known the challenges makes it easier for the committee to havean understanding that needs assessment aimed at improving thehealthcare services to this community (Grol et al. 2013).
3.Market Segments Analysis
Marketingenhances the economy growth of a country. The best appeal formarketing will be farming because of the high percentage of migrantfarm workers. Farming will provide enough food for the population, immunization and educating the people on the importance of healthcareit will result in some quite smoking thus being able to overcome thebarriers (Drummond et la. 2015).
