Conferencesand conventions play a crucial role in building professions. Theyoffer great learning opportunities to members and non-members. Theseconventions offer an excellent opportunity for networking. It enablespeople to link up with individuals who have the same interests intheir profession. Networking enables professionals to keep in touchwith what is going on in their areas of work as well as openopportunities to finding new jobs (Solheim, 2016). In 2017, the ENAconference will take place in St. Louis during the month ofSeptember.
